The well-known rusting Mill blade. Not dishwasher safe. The Robert Herder company was founded in 1872 in Solingen. From the beginning, they have specialized in the manufacture of traditional knives for household use. At the time of writing, approximately 60 specialized employees are involved in the partly manual production of a wide range of knives. The well-known mill knife with its very thinly ground blade made of high-quality carbon steel with beech wood handle, was designed as early as 1905. It remains a hit in many households to this day.
