WHAT ARE THE RETURN OPTIONS?
The following applies to our stores:
Not happy, money back! If you want to return an order, you have 30 days from the date of receipt. You can choose to return your order by post or return it at The Old Man Knives and Tools Damstraat 16 Amsterdam.
Fitting is allowed, of course, but make sure that the items you want to return are otherwise unworn and in original condition.

Note: In the store you will not receive the paid amount in cash, you will receive this in the bank account that you used when placing the order.
With full return of all products from the order, the shipping costs paid at the places of the order will also be refunded. The costs for a return shipment are for your own account. These costs are approximately € 7.25 per package. For the exact rates, consult your carrier's website.
Packaging for a return:
With your order confirmation you will receive a withdrawal form with which you fill it in so that the return is carried out smoothly. In addition, the package must include the item number, pack the product in original packaging and return it in good condition.

Return order from our store (free):
Bring the articles unworn and in original condition together with the completed withdrawal form to The Old Man Boardsports Damstraat 14 Amsterdam and we will fix it for you.
Refund of a return:
As soon as we have received your items, we will refund the order amount due as soon as possible, but no later than 10 working days after receipt of your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order. The amount will be refunded to the bank account number known to us.
If you choose to return your order in our store, you will also receive the amount refunded to your account and not in the store.

If you want to exchange an item, you can return the item and order a new product at the same time. Unfortunately, the payment cannot be settled with.
