Terms and conditions

Actions are organized by Eberhardt Asian Art BV, the umbrella organization of Theoldmanknives.com

PARTICIPATE ACTIONS

1. Participation in promotions is free of charge, unless one of the criteria is to place an order. In that case, the order must be paid to participate in the promotion.
2. Participation takes place by placing an order, responding to social media of Theoldmanknives.com or filling in a registration form. Each action describes how participation should take place.
   1. Each person can participate once in each promotion.
   2. Participation in promotions is only possible for persons aged 18 or older.
3. Employees of Eberhardt Asian Art BV are excluded from participation in promotions.
4. The duration of promotions and the moment of announcement of the winner(s) is stated in the promotion description.
5. Eberhardt Asian Art BV reserves the right to change promotional terms and conditions in the interim or to discontinue promotions without giving any reason.

PERSONAL DATA

1. Personal data of participants will not be released and provided to external parties without consultation, unless explicit permission has been given by the participant when participating in the promotion.
2. Personal data of participants can be used internally to register for the newsletter of Theoldmanknives.com, if permission has been given for this in the promotion.
3. Dutch law applies to all promotions.

WINNER

1. The winner of a promotion is chosen by drawing lots in an impartial manner.
2. The winner of an action will receive a personal message via the specified e-mail address / telephone number or via the social media account that has been used to respond to an action.
3. If the winner does not respond within one week of notification, a new winner will be selected.
4. Eberhardt Asian Art BV reserves the right to exclude participants from participation if there is a suspicion of illegal participation or fraud.
5. The participants who did not win a prize will not be notified.
6. It is not possible to exchange the won product for another product or for an amount of money.
