Kansei Matsuno is known for its sleek and lightweight designs, which combine Japanese style with modern construction and materials. With the Böker Plus Takara, the custom knife maker now presents a much more solid men's folder, which nevertheless has the same elegant design vocabulary. The size of the slightly curved blade is the perfect compromise between pocketability and versatility.
Made of D2, the blade has a fine longitudinal satin finish and Filework on the back, a decorative element that also acts as a support for the thumb. The ball bearing, is opened with the help of typical Japanese front flap designs and secured by a solid feed lock. The slightly shaped handles are made of fine cocobolo wood and sit on sturdy stainless steel plates. The continuous spacer is also made of stainless steel and forms a noble contrast to the dark Beschalung. A black leather cord and the three-dimensional CNC machined clip complete the features.
