Terms and conditions

1. These promotion conditions (hereinafter: the “ Promotion Conditions ”) apply to all temporary promotions to promote Eberhardt Asian Art BV, trading under the name ''The Old Man'', located at Damstraat 16, 1012 JM Amsterdam. Hereinafter referred to as ''The Old Man'' .
2. The name of the “ Action ”, a description of this Promotion and the ''Promotion period'' can be found in the overview of actions.
3. Participation in the promotions is open to everyone who lives in the Netherlands and has reached the age of 18, hereinafter referred to as 'Participant(s)'.

5. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The exchange of prizes is also excluded
