The knife is opened by a blade spur, an extension at the back of the blade that ensures easy operation of the knife. Also called a friction folder, the blade track disappears into the handle when the blade is open and is enclosed by the hand as counter pressure. When closing the knife, the 15N20 carbon steel blade is simply folded back. The handle shells are made of refreshing yellow polypropylene.
